GFab repairs, reworks and refurbishes all Ferrofluidic type seals.  We can repair and recondition specific seals and spindles in CVD, Implant and Photolithography equipment such as Novellus Concept 1 and Concept 2, a wide range of Implanters including Varian, Eaton, Axcelis and Applied Materials, and Photolithography tools such as Nikon, Canon and ASML.
