Global Fab LLC has up to $100M to invest in an 8 inch (200mm) wafer fab capable of at least 20K wafer starts per month, and 0.25um geometries or better. We are buying the toolset and the facility equipment only. For this project, ongoing operations are not suitable. Please contact us immediately to exchange NDA's and proceed forward.
